Welcome to Jordan’s Hope. This blog is an online platform dedicated to raising awareness of child domestic violence and is a call to action to conquer this abuse in all of its forms. Individuals can accomplish wonderful things by themselves, but I believe it takes a village to achieve true greatness. My purpose is to build a coalition of like-minded individuals to help achieve these goals through:
- Blog posts and dialogue
- Shared information and data, and
- Community activism.
Using this platform, I also intend to collaborate with this community and strategize to find solutions for and to accomplish the goal of eradicating all child abuse. I welcome and encourage people from all backgrounds to join me in this movement to save our children.
Children are a gift from the Lord, they are a reward from Him.

To any of you who are reading this post and have been a perpetrator of abuse, if you are truly dedicated to your continued healing and giving back, I welcome you as well. I’ve been where you are. I’ve been you. I found myself choosing to go down a path of abuse that brought nothing but destruction to my family. Serving time, discovering who I am inside, and learning to change my thinking and behavior were noble efforts and a great beginning, but they were not nearly enough.
I hope to use this site as a way to begin the long, necessary journey of repentance and atonement I owe my children and my family. I hope and pray that the walk on this path will bear much fruit and will be a beacon of light and hope for anyone in the world who either suffers from or commits child abuse. Please join me and let’s make this world a better place for our children.
